A: Because getting to know our clients is essential to us, all our services require an initial consultation.It is essential for us to have a complete understanding of your personality, lifestyle, preferences and physical characteristics; this is the key to finding the perfect clothing for you.Once this has been established we are then armed with all the knowledge to pre-shop, plan and research for you before our day together so shopping is focused and efficient.


Q: How do I schedule an appointment? How far in advance should I book?

A: Appointments can be made by calling 06-42486606 or filling out the Contact Me form. Bookings can be made at least 1-2 weeks in advance. But, I’m happy to react at short notice requests whenever possible.


Q: Do you offer gift certificates?

A: Yes. Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be used toward the purchase of any of yourPersonalFashionStyling services. Use the Contact Me form with certificate request. Gift certificates are non-refundable and subject to Terms and Conditions.


Q: How do I pay you?

Q: Do you offer appointments in the evenings? What about on weekends?

Q: What happens if I need to cancel?

A: Appointments cancelled within 4 days notice will be rescheduled or refunded 75% minus any PayPal or credit card fees.                                                                                    Appointments cancelled within 2 days notice will be rescheduled or 50% refunded, minus any Paypal or credit card fees.




Q: What kind of experience can I expect?

Q: How much time should I allow for my appointment?

A: Half day and full day services are a good starting point, especially if your project is more involved (Wedding Styling, Detoxing your Wardrobe, Personal styling) etc. However, if you are booking a follow-up appointment, 2 – 4-hour slots are available and charged at an hourly rate. Based on your initial needs, I’ll provide an estimate but the amount of time you allow for your appointment is ultimately up to you.


Q: When should I hire a stylist?

A: Hiring a personal stylist can be advantageous at any time, especially if you’re looking to update your look or are anticipating a special event. My clients hire me for a variety of reasons, including weddings, anniversaries, job interviews and general wardrobe updating.
